Once you submit your requests, your dedicated designer will review them, to ensure we have all the details required.

By default, your requests will be completed in the order you submit them. But if you ever need to change the order, or prioritize a certain task, or tasks, you can do so by letting our designer know.

We work on your requests on a first-come, first-served basis. They are entered into your design queue in the order that they are received. Your designer then works on delivering them.

On average, you’ll receive designs or revisions in 24 hours with the MMB’s Graphic Design subscription (this applies to designs like social media posts, web banners, and single-sided print designs).

On average, you’ll receive one 30-60 second video, every 2-4 business days, with the MMB Video subscription. If you have a more complex task, let us know and we’ll provide an estimate on how long it’ll take.

If you have the MMB Graphic Design + MMB Video subscription, your turnaround will be exactly the same. This means that graphics have their own specific turnaround times and videos have their own, so they don’t overlap (i.e. if you have fewer graphic design requests one week, your video requests would still be completed at the same rate as usual.)

As we work together, and get to know your brand(s) and vision better, the review and revision process will get faster and faster. So, you’ll be able to get an increasing number of design projects completed, and only ever pay our flat monthly fee.

If a request is especially time-sensitive, you can indicate this when submitting your request details. We’ll do our best to bump it up in the queue and advise you of the delivery time.

You can submit an unlimited number of requests. Your dedicated designer will review them, to ensure we have all the details required, and then assign them to your designer. We fulfill your requests one at a time, on a first-requested, first-fulfilled basis. This way you get what you need first, the fastest. If the priority of your requests ever shifts, after you’ve made a request, you can just let your designer know. They will pause your active request if possible, and fulfill the task that has become more time-sensitive.

Include the following details every time for the best results: size, orientation, format (print, digital or video), preferred colors, inspirational designs, and text copy. If it’s a video request include your preferred style of background music as well!
 
The more descriptive you can be, the fewer revisions will be required.

There are two ways you can make requests – through email or through the portal.

Although we prefer requests in writing for accuracy and quality control, details given by phone will be permitted for special circumstances.

An unlimited number. We’re happy to help you with as many designs as you need. For example, this means you can be a portfolio manager with 10 properties and submit requests for all of them. Or, you may be the owner of a Real Estate Company with 20 agents, or even a Property Management Company that wants corporate or community support. However you may want to divvy up your plan(s), is just fine with us!

Your dedicated designer will take care of your design, from first-draft to final product.

You are allowed all of the revisions you need. Let the designer know the details of the revisions required, via email or the portal.

Absolutely. If you require more than one subscription to keep up with all your design needs, you can add additional subscriptions at any time. In Addition, you can also cancel them at any time {with a 30-day notice}, which means you can scale up, or down quickly.

With each additional subscription that you add, you’ll increase the number of output you receive, and the speed at which you receive them.

For example, one additional subscription will double the designs you get completed each business day.

If you have more than one graphic design subscription or more than one video design subscription, then yes you will! For example, if you have 2 MMB graphic design subscriptions you’ll receive two times the outputs as you would with a single MMB graphic design subscription.

If you have both a graphic design subscription and a video design subscription, keep in mind that the workflows and turnaround times are mutually exclusive. This means that each subscription includes its own specific turnaround times, design teams, and number of outputs, so they don’t overlap (e.g. if you have fewer graphic design requests one week, your video requests would still be completed at the same rate as usual, as it’s still the same team completing them. Or vice versa.)

MMB offers one graphic design subscription, (Coming Soon) one video design subscription, and (Coming Soon) one subscription that combines both! Here’s how they differ: MMB Graphic Design is our most popular subscription, and for good reason! It gives you a wide range of print and digital designs – essentially everything that you’ll need for your day-to-day marketing needs, for our lowest flat monthly fee. It ALSO includes custom projects that you need to tackle.

At MMB we aim to keep things simple. So, that’s why we have one graphic design subscription: MMB Graphic Design – and one video design subscription: MMB Video. Finally, we have one subscription which combines both: MMB Graphics Design + Video.

Whichever subscription you choose, invite as many team members as you’d like to help you make design requests. You won’t even pay an extra premium for custom logos with a MMB Graphics subscription. Plus, no extra fees for custom design and animation with a MMB Video subscription.

You get it all with your flat monthly fee and specific subscription.

As part of the MMB Graphics subscription or the future MMB Video subscription, your dedicated designer will have 1 task in progress for you at any given time, and they will allocate 2-2.5 hours each business day to completing your request.

With the Graphics + Video subscription, your dedicated designer will have 1 graphic design request and 1 video request in progress at any given time. The designer will allocate 2-2.5 hours each business day to your graphic design request and 2-2.5 hours each business day to your video design request.

Now, if you need a higher volume of designs, and a faster turnaround, you can add on additional subscriptions. This will mean that for each additional MMB Graphics or MMB Video subscription, you’ll get an additional 2 – 2.5 hours allocated to completing your requests (e.g. with 2 subscriptions you’ll get 4-5 hours allocated to your requests, and so forth).

In the case of MMB Graphics + Video subscriptions, with each additional subscription, you’ll get an additional 2 – 2.5 hours allocated to your graphic design requests, and an additional 2-2.5 hours allocated to your video design requests.
